We all like to drink wine, but does it have to be so intimidating. As the owner of Paradou, serving over 40 wines,you would think I'd know all there is to know about wines, but I don't. And I don't want to feel bad for it. Nor do I want to work too hard to gain some knowledge about something I enjoy. No, I'm not lazy (ok, that's not entirely true), but I do have many other things occupying my time. I have a feeling that applies to you as well.
