I just returned from a wonderful trip through Provence, Tuscany and Umbria. Of course the scenery was as magical as ever, but the true memories were found at the table. The highlights of most of my meals featured some type of wild game. My travel companion, the lovely Miss Hazel, was equally taken with the cuisine and said "You have got to do a wild game dinner." Minutes later, the plan was put into action after a call to our intrepid Executive Chef, Robert Ubhaus.
Paradou is very proud and extremely excited to present January's Food and Wine Journey Through France, Wild Game - The Chasseur's Bounty.
