I just returned from a wonderful trip through Provence, Tuscany and Umbria. Of course the scenery was as magical as ever, but the true memories were found at the table. The highlights of most of my meals featured some type of wild game. My travel companion, the lovely Miss Hazel, was equally taken with the cuisine and said "You have got to do a wild game dinner." Minutes later, the plan was put into action after a call to our intrepid Executive Chef, Robert Ubhaus. Paradou is very proud and extremely excited to present January's Food and Wine Journey Through France, Wild Game - The Chasseur's Bounty. We invite you to join us in celebrating the Hunter and his bounty on Monday, January 26th. There are no set seating times. The cost of the dinner is $75 per person. Tax and gratuity not included. If you would like to make a reservation, please click here or call 212-463-8345. We, once again, look forward to sharing this extraordinary experience with you.
