There are 300 types of cheese...in France alone. How do you make heads or tails of them? What should you buy? how should it be served? Sheep milk, cow or goat? Stinky, mild, soft, hard, washed rind, covered in ash, on and on and on.
Other than wine, cheese is probably the most enjoyable but also most mysterious substance we enjoy. So we decided to demystify it a little bit.
